2. Non-Refundable Payments:

• Once a booking is confirmed and advance payment is made, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Non-refundable bookings include but are not limited to flight tickets, hotel reservations, and certain travel packages.

3. Cancellations:

In case of a cancellation request initiated by the customer, no refund will be provided for non-refundable bookings.
• Any cancellations by REDSTAR HOLIDAYS due to unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis with potential credits or alternative arrangements.

4. Refund Process:

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Any applicable charges, taxes, or processing fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
